This pull request introduces a new version management workflow for the Keystone CLI project, making it easier to view and update the project version consistently across configuration and documentation files. It also bumps the project version from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1 in all relevant files and updates the release documentation to reflect the new workflow.

Version management workflow:

• Added a detailed command specification in .claude/commands/version.md for managing the project version, including validation, update instructions, and output requirements.

Documentation updates:

• Updated docs/RELEASE.md to describe the new /version command, including usage instructions for viewing and updating the version, and replaced manual version update steps with the new command. [1] [2] [3]

Version bump:

• Updated all five version properties in src/Keystone.Cli/Keystone.Cli.csproj from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1.
• Updated the VERSION section in docs/man/man1/keystone-cli.1 from keystone-cli 0.1.0 to keystone-cli 0.1.1.
